waxing my Burton DOOM for the first time. First i cleaned the board then i loosened the bindings. I used a household iron but they sell waxing irons also, i used the low setting on the iron but check your wax. Drip the wax over the board then iron it out and spread the wax all over the board. Then scrape the excess wax off until there is barely any left. Last use a brush, brushing from nose to end.

i just waxed my snowboard, and i accidentally put wayyy to much wax on. so i scraped for like an hour and theres still signs of wax on the nose and tail, and a little in the middle. will this greatly effect my speed/ performance?
