I am going to join the snowboard club at our school and we go a mountain do i need a snowboard bag to put my..
snowboard in we go on a bus to the mountain and are the snowboard clubs and ski clubs a good idea for me to do at school?

Naw, you don’t need a snowboard bag; if you’re taking a bus your board won’t take too much abuse and I assume you’ll just wear your boots or at least carry them with you and then throw your shoes in a locker. Definitely join the club – not only do you receive great discounts at the slopes but it’s also a great way to meet people with the same interests!
nope the bag isnt essential, i have been doing a school program for a few years were we take our boards in a bus, it will be fine
You don’t need a bag for your snowboard, although if they require you to put it underneath the bus in the storage area it might get a bit scratched up. Normally though you just have it in the seat with you.
It is a great idea to join the club, you’ll get lots of time on the mountain for not a lot of money and you won’t have to depend on your parents to take you up or let you drive up (assuming you’re old enough).
You do not need a bag, but I would highly recommend it. Anytime your board it not in your hands, it will not be handled like you want it to. A snowboard bag is also nice to have because it can usually hold all of your gear as well. Bags make traveling a lot easier. A snowboard bag will also give you the option to lock your snowboard and personal items in it. This may keep stick fingers away from your things. Ride hard and ride safe!!!
