My buddies and I cruising around Canyons and Park City this past weekend (1-14-2011). We’re not the best riders in the world, and not the worst. What we lack in technical skill I tried to make up for in the editing. Everything was shot at 60 FPS on a GoPro HD. A 3ft. monopod was used on a number of shots. All editing on iMovie ‘09 with some color correction. The slow motion was done with the help of JES Deinterlacer as iMovie doesn’t handle 60 FPS by default. Probably took me about 12 hours of editing to piece together the 3 days. Song: DeadMau5 – Ghosts N’ Stuff

Most experts would recommend newbs invest some money and time in some lessons. Snowboard lessons will help you become a safer rider, teach you the simplest way to mount and dismount the chairlift properly and show you the proper way to regulate your snowboard.
