I need snowboard and gears; is it cheaper to rent from ski/board rental at the summit or at local rentalshop?

I live in Seattle, I know that there are many local ski/board rental for snowboarding at the summit. Is it better to rent from the resort/summit or should i shop around downtown area?
Does anybody know where would a cheap place to rent in Seattle area? How much are day?
Aside from waivers, how can I prevent a lawsuit when hosting a snowboard competition in the shop parking lot?

I’m organizing a rail jam and want to make sure we don’t get sued. We lease the location along with an adjacent Bike shop (that shares the parking lot). All competitors will sign a waiver. Is there anything else we can do?

i am flying from bournemouth airport to innsbruck austria and want to know what i can put in my snowboard bag, is it just the one board? or two? bindings or not? and is there a weight limit in kilograms?
