Just a few weeks ago my uncle gave me a used snowboard, but it has a hole that goes all the way through measuring about half an inch in diameter drilled directly in the middle of it. I’ve asked some of my friends, one said it makes the snowboard ride faster. Another said snowboard shops put it there if it’s considered “unfit” for tricks. I’ve even asked my local snowboard shop if they know why it’s there and they’re not quite sure.
